Layal Hankir, Attorney

At Medicaloi, Layal mainly assists clients in business and commercial law, more specifically in corporate buy-sell and merger transactions, in the drafting of various contracts, and in the execution of due diligence mandates.

Prior to joining Medicaloi, Layal practiced with numerous law firms in both corporate law and commercial litigation, which allows her to better accompany and advise her clients in their decision-making.

Layal is currently completing her master’s degree in tax law at the École des Hautes études commerciales de Montréal.
