Senior Attorney

Prior to founding MÉDICALOI, Shoib’s business experience included international negotiation of petroleum contracts, transfers effecting technology, and helping foreign corporations establish footholds in Canada.

Layal Hankir, Attorney

At Medicaloi, Layal mainly assists clients in business and commercial law, more specifically in corporate buy-sell and merger transactions, in the drafting of various contracts, and in the execution of due diligence mandates. Prior to joining Medicaloi, Layal practiced with numerous law firms in both corporate law and commercial litigation.
