Patrice Duchatellier-Nadeau, LL.B., LL.M. – Director of Corporate Services

Holder of a bachelor’s and a master’s degrees in law, Mr. Duchatellier-Nadeau is a senior legal analyst who joined the firm in 2025 as Director of Corporate Services. In his role, he manages the paralegals on the team responsible for day-to-day business operations and services, and ensures the coordination of mandates and tasks. His main areas of interest are corporate law, real estate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate due diligence, and tax reorganizations.

Mr. Duchatellier-Nadeau has more than thirty years of experience; prior to joining the firm, he worked as a senior legal analyst in business law, taxation, and financing within major companies and large Canadian law firms in Montreal.
