Nazim Benimedourene, Paralegal

At MÉDICALOI, Nazim serves as a corporate and transactional paralegal. He works closely with the firm’s lawyers and is actively involved in the daily management of client matters. His responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts such as commercial leases as well as supporting the preparation and execution of corporate and commercial transactions.
Nazim’s academic background, begun in France and pursued in Québec, provided him with a strong foundation in private law, corporate law, and political science. Based in Montréal, he completed the equivalency program in law for foreign-trained lawyers at the Université de Montréal. He will begin the Québec Bar School in the winter of 2026 and is set to complete his professional articling at MÉDICALOI starting in September 2026.
