Recent graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Université de Montréal and a current candidate to the Quebec Bar, Michael’s work focuses on drafting and reviewing a wide range of binding contracts, with particular emphasis on professional service agreements and lease agreements for healthcare professionals. He also assists the firm’s lawyers with the purchase and sale of medical and dental clinics, ensuring compliance with the regulations of professional orders. In addition, Michael supports healthcare professionals in structuring their practices to ensure their delivery of medical services complies with Santé Québec requirements.
In addition to his corporate legal work, Michael serves as Vice-President of the Fondation Camilia Philibert, a charitable organization dedicated to funding cutting-edge research on sarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer. This role highlights his ability to combine professional excellence with meaningful community involvement.
