Melissa joined Medicaloi in 2023 as an articling student and has continued her career with the firm following her call to the Barreau du Québec in 2024. She is recognized for her rigor, responsiveness, and unwavering client-first approach. Melissa is committed to delivering strategic, practical advice tailored to her clients’ objectives and to supporting them at every stage of their business growth.

Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on transactional matters. She regularly advises clients in the context of mergers and acquisitions, negotiates and drafts a wide range of commercial agreements, and leads corporate and commercial due diligence mandates.

Prior to her call to the Bar, Melissa gained five years of experience as a paralegal at a boutique firm in Westmount. This background remains a significant asset to her practice, enabling her to approach mandates with precision, efficiency, and a keen appreciation that while certain mandates may appear similar, each client requires a tailored and thoughtful approach.
